ABOUT TELENEXT / AN ENGINEERING STORY

Curiosity brought us here.
Depth takes us further.

We started working in telecom software in 2013. We have been building with machine learning and computer vision since 2016. Today, we connect that experience to a new generation of enterprise AI.

From the signaling layer
to the thinking layer.

Our first challenges lived inside messaging gateways, middleware, and telecom systems. They taught us to care about reliability, integration, and the parts of a system that a polished demo can leave out.

Enterprise applications and field mobility followed. Then vision, machine learning, edge devices, and language models. Each step added another way to solve the problem in front of us.

That is how we approach AI today: with open curiosity and the experience to make it work in the field.

THE THREAD THAT CONNECTS IT ALL

2013

The telecom foundation.

Messaging gateways, custom middleware, and software for the telecom industry.

2016 →

Intelligence enters the picture.

Machine learning and computer vision join a growing portfolio of enterprise and mobility work.

In the field

Systems meet the real world.

Production deployments and hundreds of proofs of concept across industry, infrastructure, telecom, and field operations.

Today

The next chapter is connected.

Agentic systems, private language models, video intelligence, and the software that makes them useful.

FOUNDER & CTO

Samrat Majumder

A telecom architect, computer-vision engineer, and AI practitioner. Samrat’s work spans production telecom platforms, video management, edge software, and language-model systems.

Telenext brings together specialists in AI, vision, telecom protocols, full-stack engineering, infrastructure, and client delivery.

HOW WE THINK

Ambitious about possibility.
Precise about the work.

Understand before building.

The workflow, data, and operating constraints should shape the solution.

Connect the whole system.

The model is one part. Integration, interfaces, and operations complete the work.

Keep control close.

Design around ownership of data, infrastructure, permissions, and decisions.

Let evidence lead.

Distinguish an exciting experiment from a validated production system.
